If they didn’t have the staff, they wouldn’t be able to handle our issues immediately or take care of us in real time. They also work with our two compliance officers, to ensure that we are meeting the compliance standards regulations.

“We actually had a disaster one night in August 2009 when a sprinkler went off and flooded four floors of our building. Leapfrog was on the scene at six in the morning, pulling out all the affected technology and moving the functioning PCs and printers to different locations throughout the building so our people could work. They also had to do some network reconfiguration to get us going. The bottom line is, they had our staff up and running in just 1½ hours. Then once we had the building back in order, they rewired everything and got all of our systems back up.”
