Professional Experience

After joining Leapfrog in 2002, Mr. Stith was promoted to President and COO in 2003. Since 1994 he has worked in the IT, HR and medical outsourcing industries.
In 1996, Mr. Stith co-founded NovaCare Employee Services, Inc., which went public one year later and became the second largest HR outsourcer of its kind. While at NovaCare, he built and managed a national sales organization responsible for over $500 million in annual outsourcing contract sales. Mr. Stith also founded an e-commerce company, led a national sales team in medical outsourcing, and spent several years as a venture capital associate.

Affiliations

Mr. Stith currently serves on several charitable boards and is a past president of the Woodward Academy Alumni Board. In addition, Mr. Stith is an alumni interviewer for the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and an active volunteer in his church.
