I just wanted to drop you a brief note to tell you how pleased we are with the service that you are providing. We just completed our firm-wide retreat where we had no IT complaints (and everyone in the firm was there!). I find personally, and I know that others in the firm find as well, that the system is now much more reliable and that it enables us to work 24/7 across all three continents where we are located.
Your service is critical to our ability to serve our clients, and I just wanted to let you know that we appreciate it.
