Leapfrog assigns a Client Services Manager to every client.

Our Client Services team is dedicated to helping clients get the most out of their information technology with the least hassle.

Meeting regularly with clients to review goals and strategies, this team works closely with our technical teams to ensure that services and projects are aligned with clients’ needs and expectations.

The Client Services team assesses customer satisfaction in several ways and reviews their findings and recommendations with Leapfrog’s management team.

Service is why we exist.
