Leapfrog Services Announces CTO On Demand Program

Atlanta, GA, September 8, 2005 -- Leapfrog Services, Inc. announces today the introduction of a new offering called CTO On Demand. Targeting businesses and professional firms and practices, this offering is suited to clients that need high level oversight and management of strategic IT projects but cannot justify hiring a full time Chief Information Officer or Chief Technology Officer.

In conjunction, Leapfrog announced the hiring of James T. Moore Jr. to serve as its first CTO On Demand. Mr. Moore served as IT director at Mindspring/Earthlink from 1998 through 2004 with responsibility for internal technical support, managing a team that grew to over a hundred people supporting multiple locations nationwide. "Leapfrog has a history of innovation in managing technology and addressing emerging needs for its clients," said Moore. "My new role takes this a step further."

CTO On Demand was developed in response to requests from Leapfrog's clients for long-term management of strategic IT projects and research and selection of transformational technologies. This new approach provides the management skills and expertise that companies want from a CTO without the long-term expense and commitment of hiring permanent staff.
