Network & System's Management
AHD/Service Desk
Service Level Management
Asset Management
Software Delivery
E-Trust Antivirus
Unicenter Portal

Applicant must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within network and system integration. Having your CUE (Certified Unicenter Engineer) certification is a plus.

Essential Skills:

Hands on experience in Computer Associates Unicenter NSM
Experience working with AMO, AHD, SDO and various other Unicenter options
Strong foundation in IP addressing and variable-length subnet masking Diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Team player capable of executing assigned tasks independently when necessary
Structured methodology to project management and deployment Strong verbal and written skills
Must be diligent with documentation of work performed
Superior telephone etiquette and an ability to deal effectively with all levels of customers
Demonstrate a dedication to quality customer service
Ability to work unsupervised in carrying out responsibilities
Ability to work, train, exchange skills and share knowledge with co-workers
Must be able to work in a performance team-oriented environment

Job Requirements:

Must have: (A) at least 3-4 years experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field, Masters degree preferred; and (B) U.S. Citizenship; (C) Current MSCE certification.
