I wanted to share with you a positive experience that we had today. We had an old switch go bad which disabled our Internet connection, email, and accounting system. I immediately called the help desk and told Stacey that we had an emergency situation. She was able to put me immediately in touch with Trevor. It took 45 to 50 minutes to isolate the problem and determine that the switch would need to be replaced. Leapfrog had one, and a technician came down and installed it. All in all we were down for only about two hours.
