Technical Teams
- Our Systems Engineers are dedicated to designing and implementing new networks and managing technology projects. They have built hundreds of networks that are secure by design. They work closely with our Client Services and Business Development teams to provide consulting and recommendations.
- Our Systems Administrators provide proactive support. Working in our Network Operations Center, they monitor and manage network infrastructure at our clients’ locations and in our secure data center. Using secure Internet connections, they conduct preventive maintenance on servers. They also audit data backups and serve as a liaison to the ISPs and other vendors providing services our clients.
- Our Support Center team provides reactive support. Support Analysts answer help desk calls and provide troubleshooting by phone and by secure remote connection for the fastest problem resolution. Field Service Technicians are dispatched to install and repair computers and other network devices.
- Our Service Desk (powered by Unicenter from CA) includes a ticketing system that tracks incidents, problems and change orders. Its Knowledge Base is referenced and updated by our Support Analysts so that we have current information on each client’s systems.
